Extract some bitmap from executable and binary files.

requiring also waba classes (37kb) (refer to www.wabasoft.com)
To generate the bitmaps, you should have the following files from the original game:
- ULTIMA.EXE => ORIGIN.BMP
- CASTLE.16 => CASTLE.BMP
- EGATILES.BIN => TILES.BMP
- EGATOWN.BIN => TOWN.BMP
- EGAMOND.BIN => MOND.BMP
- EGASPACE.BIN => SPACE.BMP
- EGAFIGHT.BIN => FIGHT.BMP
